This very useful program is no longer offered by DB, but ÖBB still
does, at

If you have an iPhone, there is an offline Hafas app called "Rail Planner"
(search for Interrail in the App Store).

I see that I can still make requests like Brussels to Kiev, even if
the last train in this journey does not run at all in Germany. So
not everything is gone. All ex-CEI countries seem gone, however.
Very inconvenient since www.poezda.net also seems to have problems.
But is it not merely a problem caused by the fact that schedules have
changed and not every updates have been provided by the national
networks yet ?
