Interesting that they claim the current capability is only 275
passengers/hr, which with a 70 minute shuffle means those trains only
have 300 cross-channel passengers on, 40% of capacity.

New trains on order carry around 900, and this expansion is presumably
because they hope for greater than 33% load factors.
